  • What areas are covered in the Total Leader program?

    The program covers core aspects of leadership including personal productivity, personal leadership, motivational leadership and strategic leadership. Through executive coaching and leadership training, the program provides strategic approaches to building and incorporating leadership skill sets into your personal and professional life. 

  • Can the program be customized?

    Yes, the program is customizable. Our experts will work with you to identify the specific leadership training goals you would like to achieve through the program. We can then design a plan with content targeted towards those goals. The Total Leader Solution contains leadership training in key areas including personal productivity, personal leadership, motivational leadership and strategic leadership.

  • How long is the program?

    The length of the program can vary depending on the content you choose in the program. Typically programs can be anywhere from 3 to 12 months long. Individual training sessions can be as short as 20 minutes so that they are not time-consuming or intensive. Our development approaches are based on fostering long-lasting and sustainable changes over time. This is why our courses are not designed as intensive courses, which can be counter-productive. At LMI, the focus is on quality over quantity.
