Sow a thought and you reap an action; sow an act and you reap a habit; sow a habit and you reap a character; sow a character and you reap a destiny.
Ralph Waldo Emerson
We may not always realize it, but our attitude has a direct effect on our habits, and we all realize that our habits have a direct effect on our productivity.
In our previous blog about EPP (Effective Personal Productivity), we spoke about Peter Drucker who said “Until we can manage time, we can manage nothing else.” which is all fine and good, but begs the question of how do we effectively manage our time? In a world where most of us are constantly connected, the potential for distraction becomes ever-present. To borrow a term from Nir Eyal, we need to learn to become indistractable.
The LMI EPP program aims to coach you in effective concepts that allow you to grow beyond your current state of productivity, building habits and attitudes along the way that grow you into the leader you envision yourself being.
Using multi-sensory learning, and spaced repetition, this program will help you communicate more effectively, deal with interruptions, and learn how controlling priorities will increase your productivity. You will become a team player, get the right people in the right roles with the right goals, as well as evaluate your attitudes and make productive behavioural changes. The LMI learning environment allows you to thrive by setting goals and achieving results. The program is spaced out over six months, allowing you to put what you’re learning into practice, and watch yours.
