Austrian-born Peter Drucker is sometimes referred to as the founder of modern leadership. Through his work as a leader in the development of leadership education, he invented the concepts known as leadership by objectives and self-control. So, to say that he knows a thing or two about productivity would likely be an understatement. Day to life as a leadership professional is filled with distractions coming at us from all directions. The trick always his how to deal with those distractions, and then get back on track with what we were giving traction to!
